The Garden Route District municipality of South Africa’s Knysna, which is composed of 11 wards, has a population of over 73 835. It is located in the Sedgefield suburb.

About The Learnerships
Through a program called “Learnership Opportunities,” the Municipal Youth Desk aims to provide young people with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive safely. They will be able to receive 10 lessons, and they will be required to pay an entrance fee for the final test.
Those who pass their driving test will be liable for the charges linked with their license.
Individuals interested in enrolling in the program should first email a cover letter outlining their qualifications. They should also include the essential documentation.
In order to qualify or to be selected applicant must provide the following:
- Identity Document (ID) Book
- Your age must between 20-35 only.
- If you already have a learners license you must provide it.
- Also provide proof of residence (it can be one of the following: Municipality, Bank Account or Retail Account)
Direction to Candidates:
All applicants must provide all the necessary documents to be considered for the program. These include a copy of their identity documents, proof of residence, a valid learners license, a payslip, and proof of their education. If they fail to provide these documents, they will be excluded from the program.
