Job Description

Daver Group is looking out to hire a self-motivated, hard working candidate who will take over a call center agent and ensure that consumers, store card applications, employment verifications and communications handled properly.

Responsibilities

Administration & Call handling

To deliver great customer service while minimizing backlogs and consumer complaints, make sure that all client inquiries, communications, and requests are handled as fast as feasible.

To check information provided on store application forms, confirm job and personal details over the phone.

To ensure a correct and up-to-date customer information base, update customer information on critical Debtor systems.

Process all store card applications across all divisions to increase customer and credit base (outbound agents only).

Requirements:

Education:

Grade 12 / Matriculation certificate

Experience:

One (1) year of experience in a call center

Knowledge and skills:

Procedures to Protect Consumer Debtors Act
POPI (Protection of Personal Information Act).
Inquba created the software.
National Credit Act
South Africa’s Independent Communications Authority (ICASA)
