REQUIREMENTS: A senior certificate or grade 12 candidates possessing supervisory experience are required for this position. In addition to being able to communicate effectively and efficiently, the candidate should also have the necessary skills to write reports.

DUTIES: Ensure that the cleaning staff is following proper hygiene and practices by keeping a record of their attendance. Also, check the cleanliness of the building’s physical environment. Order and issue cleaning materials, keep equipment clean, and resolve issues related to the staff. Assist in maintaining certain areas of the building.

Effective January 1, 2021, the Department of Public Service (DPSA) has issued a new Z83 application form that can be obtained from any of its branches. However, applicants must sign the form in order to avoid getting disqualified.
The new Z83 form must be filled out completely. Aside from the usual requirements, such as the contact details and method of correspondence, other important factors such as the condition that prevents reappointment must also be addressed.
