REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent qualification is required for this position. You should have the necessary knowledge and skills to handle various tasks at work. These include: computer literacy, good telephone etiquette, knowledge of financial administration, sound organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively with people.

DUTIES: In addition to providing administrative offerings, this role also involves maintaining a database, performing events enquiries, and ensuring that the submission machine is working properly. You should additionally regularly distribute documents and packages to various stakeholders. When necessary, you should also type in other letters and documents. You should keep and maintain a record of the various activities of the component, such as the procurement of supplies and services. You should additionally arrange for touring and accommodations. You should check the correctness of tour and subsistence claims made by officers. You should also handle the phone money owed to the component.
