Effective January 1, 2021, the Department of Public Service Administration (DPSA) has issued a new Z83 Application Form that can be obtained from any of its branches. However, applicants must sign the form to avoid disqualifying their application.
The new Z83 form must be filled out completely. In addition, all of the required information related to the application, such as the contact details and method of communication, must be filled in. Those who only sign the page 2 will not be disqualified.

Those who do not follow these guidelines will be disqualified. To improve the recruitment process and minimize the risk of over-crowding during the pandemic, the DPSA has identified several measures that will be implemented. One of these is the requirement for all candidates to have a valid certification. This should be clearly communicated in the advertisement and in the accompanying notes. Besides the certification, applicants should also provide a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae.
The HR department will only communicate with candidates who are already on the shortlist. They will then require them to submit their certified documents before the interview.
